Refund and Returns Policy

At Precious Ayurveda, we strive to offer the best Ayurvedic products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain products, such as personal care items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Process for Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at returns@preciousayurveda.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
  • The cost of shipping for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact your bank or credit card company for further details.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@preciousayurveda.com.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and any downloadable products are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already been dispatched.
